A few words about the previous pictures:
Saruman is just Saruman!
Grima Wormtongue's body comes from a Perry Rifleman which was a free gift of WI 260 June '09. His head belongs to a Corsair of Umbar; his coat and long hair have been made of green stuff.
I replaced Captain's sword with Golfimbul's mace to terrify his opponents even more!
Shaman's body is Lurtz's body while the head is the dead orc's head which Ugluk holds. Coat and hair is green stuff again. The axe comes from an old Ral Partha miniature.
Drummer is an Uruk-hai fighter with sword. I replaced his sword with a pin. His left hand is borrowed from an Uruk-hai siege troop warrior in whose hand I put another pin. Drum is a demolitian charge covered with a thin aluminium foil.
Finally, banner bearer is an Uruk-hai pikeman. Flag is an aluminium foil again. The Rohan Outrider's head is the final touch for the savage look of the warrior. :-)
